New landlord-tenant laws are enacted by the California legislature each year. Local municipalities and other jurisdictions may also have, or may enact, rules and statutes that will have a bearing on how landlords must deal with their tenants. We keep abreast of all these changes to minimize the owner's liabilities in owning their investment property.
